Nothing to say about the extensions they are long soft and thick. It’s been 3 days that I wear them and no tangling, no shredding I’m very happy :) the only details that annoys me a little is that I’ve asked for colour matching… I know and understand that by photo it could be tricky to do a colour match but just to let other know I had to do a toner ( not the end of the world) to my extensions to match perfectly. The hair is still like new. To do an exchange ( no return accepted ) I would have had to return my package ( paying the return shipping ) and when ouielle would have received it they would have contact me to see what they could do for me ( if package is lost through return = my problem ) in comparison bellami offers free return for exchange or refund. Also, by chat after making my order I asked for a change, the person told me no that problem and that it would be done. But in fact when I received my order the change was not made… also I was told they would send me free replacement tape kit with my order, I asked if I needed a special code and the person told me that after placing my order to communicate with them and that they would add the tapes to my order, I’ve done my part but not receive the replacement tapes. It’s my first time buying online extensions so I don’t have service comparison. For the quality of the hair for the moment I have nothing to say they are perfect. But for the price I think those aspects of service could be better for the client experience.

STUNNING! absolutely gorgeous

I Love the colour and quality of these extensions. They are 100% the best I have ran across in a decade or longer. My first ones from here lasted a 8month constant wear aside from moving up twice. They never broke off at length, fell loose etc. I wear due to medical issues. Thank you!! ❤️

Great Extensions

I love my Ouielle extensions. This is the first time I have ever tried a weft and the first time my hairstylist has ever put one in. I can not say enough positive things
about the quality of the hair! The first extensions I ever put in were Dream Catcher tape-in extensions and I would definitely say these are at least the same great
quality. There is very little shed, very little if any tangling (which was super bad with cheaper tape-in extensions I had been using), and so soft and the color is literally
SPOT ON! I am still undecided as to whether I like weft extensions more than tape-in extensions though. I am hoping this will help keep my hair from breaking off but
I have only had them in for a week. If I do decide I like tape-ins better I will definitely buy the tape-ins in the same color though because I absolutely LOVE this brand.
I have purchased tape-in from Amazon and while it was nice to save money, the shed and tangle was no fun. I have also purchased from Zala and love the colors, however,
I also some troubles with shed and tangle. I will definitely refer people to Ouielle! Great color, no tangle, and no shed. Pay a little more BUT get the best! PLUS, customer
service is the best in the business. My extensions shipped from China on a Monday and I received them by Thursday. I was super impressed with that also.

Tape in replacements

I have used so many types of extensions, 1) tape ins are sooooo comfy and flat!!! My slick low pony tails are gorge! 2) the tape is sooo amazing! The hold is like no other and they barely slip. I keep my tape ins on for at least 4 weeks!

Luxurious!

I love these extensions. They're so soft and absolutely luxurious. It sounds bad, but I can't wait to have to replace them so I cam order more.
I just wish they came in shorter lengths so I didn't feel so bad for cutting them to work with my short hair.
These do have slightly warm undertones and a true 2 or 3 color.
