We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and PRC holidays.
Please allow 48 hours for processing. Orders take 2-4 days to be custom made.
Once your order is ready we do 6-10 day shipping worldwide. We require signature upon delivery for all orders.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. All addresses are verfied through our shipping partners ( DHL, Fedex, UPS, Canada Post, USPS)

Tracking Your Order:
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
Lost or stolen packages:
We are not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's duty to retrieve their delivery and accept all loses in case of damages or lost items. Claims can be made with the shipping provider if the fault is on them.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS:
In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, West Label Hair does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. West Label Hair offers priority mail with signature confirmation. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS, DHL or FedEx) for assistance. We use the SHOP APP to track you package and provide you with the necassry information you need.
SECURITY CONFIRMATION:
Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.
