What makes it hand-tied
Every strand is knotted into the seam one at a time. That is slow, and it is the whole reason the row disappears: the finished band measures 0.40 mm, roughly half the thickness of a machine weft, so there is nothing to feel through the hair above it.
A machine weft
A 0.70 mm sewn band. Strong, cuttable to any width, and the workhorse for thick hair — but you can feel the row under a sleek part or a tight ponytail.
A hand-tied weft
A 0.40 mm knotted seam that lies flush to the scalp. The trade is that it arrives pre-cut and must stay that way — the flatness comes from having no machine stitch to lock a cut edge.
Please do not cut a hand-tied weft. Cutting the seam unravels the knots and voids the guarantee. Each pack arrives as three 10-inch bundles, sized for a row as it comes.

A line of beads anchors the row, then the bundle is sewn on with thread. No heat, no glue, no tension on the root. Bundles come pre-cut — use them as they are.
A full head goes in in about forty minutes. Move up every six weeks, and re-sew the same hair for a year or more.

The detail
Each strand is tied into the seam by hand rather than sewn onto a band. The finished weft is roughly half the thickness of a machine weft, which is why the row disappears under a sleek part.
Every pack holds three bundles at 10" wide, 50–65g in total. They arrive sized for a row. Cutting the seam unravels the knots, so please leave them as they come.
Salon-grade virgin Remy, cuticles all running one way so it never tangles on itself, with the short hairs drawn out by hand so the weft is as thick at the end as it is at the root.
Colour
A flat row still shows if the colour is wrong. Ouielle shades are mixed to sit against real hair — ash without green, black without blue, blonde without brass — and matched to your photograph by hand.
