Our hair extensions last a proven 1-2 years with some of our clients wearing the same hair for up to 5 years.
Move up is every 4-12 weeks depending on the install method and wear of the client. All hair can be reused multiple times.
We recommend using only the highest quality sulfate-free hair care products for your Ouielle Extensions. With proper care, your hair will remain soft and healthy. Turn down the heat, don't wear a crazy tight ponytail and treat your hair and yourself like the queen you are.
To help your hair install last as long as possible be sure to follow these ques:
1. Apply to extremely clean and dry hair. Use a clarifying shampoo and no conditioner or hair serum on your natural hair before applying.
2. Do not wash your hair for 24-48 hours after installing
3. Limit your tight ponytail application.
4. Wash your hair regularly and shampoo your scalp. Oil breaks down the bonds. Plus a clean scalp helps your hair grow.
5. lightly ull hair around edges when wearing a ponytail to loosen any tension on your anchors.
No! The hair extensions will not. It's how you care for your hair that causes damage.
1 for a fill on the sides or a bit of volume

We do not, you can however order a colour ring and exchange it or your order when it is time.

This is some of the best hair that I have purchased and I am very picky with my extensions. This is my second set that I have bought and they wear very well and have not gotten tangled like most other extensions I have had. I highly suggest this brand!
I went from a cheap brand of extensions and struggled with tangling in the summer heat. I switched to Ouielle and haven’t had a single issue with tangling!! 10/10 recommend! Sooo worth the money not to deal with the frustrations caused by cheap, fake hair. Ouielle extensions look great and they make me feel great.
The hair quality of these is really top notch. However - there doesn’t seem to be as much hair on the invisibles, and they’re a lot flimsier than the regular option (I have both). I waited 72+ hours after installation on clean, unconditioned and totally dry hair with zero product to wash again. After I washed and cared for the extensions per professional instructions, I had 4/10 sandwiches completely slide out. The regular tape ins were fine. The remaining 6 sandwiches are sliding and will need to be removed and replaced with new tape in the next week, as they are also not holding up. This is all after ONE wash. Super disappointed, especially since the color didn’t match well (no returns on opened items), and they are significantly more expensive. I have emailed Ouielle directly twice and have received absolutely no response. Will not repurchase.
I do not use the silicone feature at the front of the barrel, but love it as a standard wand. The hot tools I have purchased by instyler have been truly impressive. I bought both this and the straightener and couldn't be happier!
