No. It is not a promotion or an introductory rate. Once your account is approved it stays that way, on everything in the store, for as long as you are with us.
You can order for one client or for a full week of appointments. Larger orders are worth telling us about in advance so we can make sure the shades you need are in stock and moving.
We reply within 1-2 business days. Every application is read by a person, which is slower than an automatic code and the reason professional pricing means something here.
Yes, and please use it. Send photos in natural daylight and we will tell you the shade, method and weight to order. It is free, it is unlimited, and it saves you the reorder.
People contact us all the time asking who can fit their extensions. When someone is near you and you are taking clients, we pass them on. Tell us in your application where you are based and whether you have space.
Apply anyway and say so. If you are a licensed stylist adding extensions to your menu, we would rather train you properly through our certification program than have you learn on a client.
