Your order

Your hair is being made for you. Here is exactly what is happening, and when you will hear from us.

1. We confirm and allocate

The moment you order, your shade and length are set aside for you. You will have a confirmation email with everything on it. If anything on that email looks wrong, tell us straight away and we will fix it before it moves.

2. Your hair is made

This is the part that takes the time, and it is the part worth waiting for. Ouielle hair is not picked off a shelf. Every order is cut to length, wefted or taped, colour-checked against the shade you chose, and packed by hand. Typically 1 to 3 business days to process, and a further 2 to 10 business days to hand craft.

3. It ships, and you get tracking

Once it leaves us you will get a shipping email. From there it is roughly 5 to 7 business days within the USA and Canada, and 10 or more internationally. Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii run a little longer at 10 to 15 days. Signature is required on delivery, so please use an address where someone can sign.

If your shade is made to order

A few of our colours are our most complex, and they are not held in stock. For those, the raw hair is sourced, dyed and hand-finished specifically for your order. They are made in the order they come in, and because the dyeing stage cannot be rushed we do not put a ship date on them. If you ordered one of these, it was marked as made to order on the product page, and the timings above do not apply.

A note on timing

The ranges here are honest estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs and holiday periods are outside our hands, and we would rather tell you that up front than promise you a date we cannot control. What we can promise is that your order is real, it is allocated to you, and it is moving.
